Charcuterie Boards

Whether it’s aged cheddar, blue cheese, or brie, when I tell you LOVE Charcuterie boards, I lie not. They are one of my comfort foods.

In addition to the different types of cheese, it’s the sliced salami, prosciutto or the apple sausage, or the sesame crackers and fruit spread for me. Imagine how many flavor combinations you can make from one board. My palette is always satisfied.

There is one characteristic of the board, that I don’t like. The name Charcuterie translates into “Pork Butcher”. I quickly imagined a butcher chopping up big pieces of meat in a not to clean factory. However, it doesn’t take away from the fact that I get excited ordering them, imagining what combinations I will make, and then, time to eat.

I can’t wait to get back to Miami, they have some of the best there.
